Dr (Mrs) Racheal Opeyemi Odunlade is a Reader Librarian and a Certified Librarian of Nigeria (CLN). She is currently the Head of Cataloguing Section, University of Lagos Library and the Deputy Director (GST), University of Lagos.

She holds a Bachelor degree in Library and Information Science (BLS) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; MLS from University of Ibadan, and PhD (Library and Information Science) from Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, Ogun State. She has over 20years experience as Librarian spanning across school, Special and academic libraries. Her research interest is in the area of information resources management covering access and utilisation of information resources, user information seeking behaviour, information provision and records management.

As a scholar, she has about 30 publications in highly referred journals (local and foreign) and has presented papers at both national and international conferences. She is a member of the Nigerian Library Association and has served as the Chairperson of the Lagos State Chapter of the association (2015 – 2018). She is also a member of the Association of Women Librarians in Nigeria (AWLIN) Lagos State Chapter, IFLA and University of Lagos Women Society (ULWS).Cataloguing
